Here is a recipe for a raw fruit smoothie that makes a great breakfast on a summer’s day, a refreshing snack or a rejuvenating post workout treat.
Ingredients:
Serves 2
3 bananas
2 cups frozen blueberries
1-2 cups water or almond milk
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
