Mizpah Matus has completed an undergraduate degree in health science with a major in complementary medicine and also holds an advanced diploma of herbal medicine and a graduate certificate of nutrition medicine. She is a certified gourmet raw food chef and graduate of the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute.

Mizpah began experimenting with a raw food diet over two decades ago. Over the years she investigated a variety of dietary approaches with the intention of promoting optimal health and ultimately found the raw food diet to be superior in all important regards.

After experiencing dramatic improvements in her own personal health challenges by eating a raw food diet she was inspired to share her experiences and nutritional knowledge as it relates to a plant-based eating regime.

She is the author of the book, “The Raw Food Solution“, which is a guide to help people to optimize their nutrition and health with a raw food diet.
